Q Magazine recently released their list of the top 1001 songs ever recorded, and ‘Creep’ made it to number 7. Suprisingly, U2’s ‘One’ claimed the number one spot (even more suprisingly- Destiny’s Child?).
Radiohead had the highest number of entries in the top 1001, with seven total songs selected.
The top ten-
10- Ike & Tina Turner ‘River Deep Mountain High’
9- Oasis ‘Live Forever’
8- Destiny’s Child ‘Independent Women’
7- Radiohead ‘Creep’
6- Eminem ‘My Name Is’
5- Elvis Presley ‘In The Ghetto’
4- The Beatles ‘A Day In The Life’
3- Nirvana ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’
2- Aretha Franklin ‘I Say A Little Prayer’
1- U2 ‘One’
