“Knives Out” will ship to radio stations in the United States on June 26. So far we do not know if this will be a radio-only single or if it will be released commercially. Stay tuned…

And the Butler Field saga continues…

I have never gotten as much email about a certain tour date as I did on this one… Last week Billboard.com announced the Chicago August 1 show as being held in Grant Park’s Butler Field. Well, it appears that there is going to be a Opera of some sort at Butler Field on August 1 so unless Radiohead is planning something outrageous with an opera (and yes, we could picture Jonny having a field day with that!), Butler Field will not be the location of the show. But don’t worry…. According to the City of Chicago Permits Office, the show will take place the same night at Arvey Field, which is also part of Grant Park. The show will be put on by Jam Production and the tickets will supposedly go on sale around June 16 by none other than Ticketmaster.

So there you have it. This information is still unconfirmed by the band but hopefully it’ll help you out.

Ticket Madness!

We’ve gotten tons of email from people who were able to get tickets this morning and we got tons from people who for some reason or another couldn’t. Keep trying! 🙂

Earlier today, w.a.s.t.e. put some of the tickets for the North American first leg on sale at their site but unfortunately they ran out fast. Keep your eye open as they may release more there.

The general sale for all first leg North American shows will go on sale this weekend at Ticketmaster. Check the tour dates page for more info and as always, check back here often for the latest ticket news.

Also, check our ticket trade board at Mortigi Tempo if you’re looking to sell or buy tickets.

Speaking of MTV, Radiohead’s “Pyramid Song” is one of the “Play My Song” videos listed for TRL. You can go here and vote for it to appear on TRL. For some reason MTV goofed and has the title of “Pyramid Song” as “Never Had a Dream Come True”. True, true…
Thom Yorke sits down and talks shop with the NME in their newest issue. Why has Thom decided to once again talk to the magazine after 5 years of ignoring them? “I just got sick of holding grudges basically.” Read more here.
